Rebecca Adams appointed Sales Manager at Goldcrest Post London
Congratulations to Rebecca Adams for her recent promotion from Facilities Manager to Sales Manager. Having started on reception in 2008 before quickly moving on to Client Services Manager, Adams joined Goldcrest’s Bookings department last year whilst continuing to cover all premises and Avid cutting rooms.

Before coming to Goldcrest, Rebecca worked in the high pressure world of conference and events coordination so is quite accustomed to clients’ tight deadlines and changes. One recent client remarked, “Do they have events in Wales?” which didn’t ruffle Rebecca’s feathers at all. As a young girl she honed her customer service skills under the leadership of her entrepreneurial mother who roped her into helping serve discerning Welsh clients in the family’s Indian restaurant amongst other unlikely tasks. However, Rebecca had more of a taste for the entertainment world than curries and aspired to be a TV presenter. She got as far as having her presentation tape for BBC 3 shown on TV which we will dig up and put up on the Goldcrest website for all to enjoy.
